Refund policy

Guidelines

Every purchased item can be returned with shipping costs borne by the customer.

The items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and tags attached. Damaged, stained, washed, or altered returns will be refused and sent back to the customer.

If the merchandise comes with brand packaging, certificates of authenticity, dust bags, or leather tags, these items must also be included in the return. To ensure they remain properly protected during transport, it is essential to send the items in their original packaging.

Since these items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for customized items or gift items.

Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Procedure:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within 14 days from the day you received the purchased products.

Before sending the products back via courier, it is necessary to complete the Return and Exchange Form (in accordance with the standard form provided by Article 49, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code) which you can find online, or alternatively send us another explicit statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. In this second case, you will bear the burden of proving the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Filling out the online return form will allow you to receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your return. Baurdelle will send you a confirmation via email upon receipt of your withdrawal request sent through the form.

The products can be returned by shipping the package using the courier indicated by the Seller, or through another shipping service.

The right of withdrawal is considered properly exercised if all of the following conditions are fully met:

a) The Return and Exchange Form* or another explicit statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract must be correctly filled out and sent via email to customer_care@baurdelle.com within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the products;

b) The products must not have been used, worn, washed, and must meet the requirements described in the Conformity Checks* section below;

c) The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal, which is an integral part of the item;

d) The products must be returned in their original packaging;

e) The returned products must be handed over to the shipper within fourteen (14) days from when you notified the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract;

f) The products to be returned must be sent to the Seller with the original packaging and the corresponding pre-printed return label;

g) The products must not be damaged.

If you have met all the required conditions, Baurdelle will fully refund the price of the purchased products, with the return shipping costs, that is, the costs for returning the purchased products, being borne by you.

You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions listed in the paragraph above. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products sent back to you at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, Baurdelle reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount equal to the purchase price of the products.

Conformity Checks:

Our products must be returned unused and in new, perfect condition, complete with all protective materials, with any labels and tags attached, and including all accessories and documentation. If the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered in any way from its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

 

Refund Procedure:

After we have received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email for the acceptance of the return, and the refund process as indicated here will be activated.

Regardless of the payment method you used (credit/debit card, PayPal), the refund will be activated by Baurdelle as soon as possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date Baurdelle became aware of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal, after verifying that the withdrawal was exercised in compliance with the above-mentioned conditions.

The actual time for the re-credit or refund of the amounts you paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment method used.
